ALCB has invested in this transaction to support the demonstration of long-dated mortgage funding viability in Zambia's relatively well-established capital markets, while also collaborating with the issuer to undertake a listing of the program with TAF support, thereby contributing to the further development of the country's capital market infrastructure.
